Harry Liu is a senior policy researcher at the RAND Corporation and a member of the Pardee RAND Graduate School faculty. Trained in medicine and public policy, he has extensive experience using economic and policy analyses to support decisionmaking for both private entities and governments. Lingrui Liu is an Associate Research Scientist at the Yale School of Public Health, Department of Health Policy and Management, and Yale’s Global Health Leadership Initiative. Liu's research focuses on theoretical and empirical asset pricing, and the development and use of econometric methods. Liu received his Ph.D. in finance from Stanford University.
